  1. Partner with AHC to teach Pediatrics across our sites, with ongoing curriculum development.
  2. Lead in residency education.
  3. Develop and recruit for our PHM fellowship.
  4. Lead the annual MN Hospital Medicine conference.
  5. Lead in point of care ultrasound training. 
  6. Cognitive Error Education.
  7. Expand pain/palliative education for staff and learners alike.


  1. Participate in national PHM and PAS conferences.
  2. Continue to grow our publications, posters, platforms/invited lectures.


  1. Hold admin/leadership roles at MHealth & our respective hospitals.
